You might want to give it one more try.Did run the scan in Safe Mode, as I suggested above? Next trick is to deploy a reg key that tells windows NOT to upgrade itself, this can be done via command line or BAT file. I gotta say, we were able to reduce help desk staff by 50% after removing admin rights.
