Mouse/Keyboard Don't Work Win 7 Home Premium?


I powered everything off, disconnected everything including the mouse internal battery, and still getting 'USB device not recognized' as soon as I plugin the little USB mouse adapter. My G15 works fine, except after resuming from sleep. I have difficulty believing that anyone would find that useful. The keyboard doesn't work.To resolve the issue I had to power down the system, unplug the usb keyboard and use an old PS2 keyboard just to get the keyboard to work Check This Out
