So I need to narrow them down 1 by 1 to find which of these is the actual problem. If i find that its some program thats causing the problem, I would then, just uninstall that program, correct? But I did narrow it down to about 10 or so items. Click on Restart in the window that opens.

my new laptop i'm not sure if its an email link i've clicked on thats given me a virus or a hardware error these are the details. Then, instead of the normal sequence when the finder launches, the screen goes to gray and hangs, or sometimes, goes on to blue after a couple of minutes, and then hangs. what im saying is, my non microsoft services are not the issue.
