FYI I'm pretty sure that I added Service Pack 2 after installing XP. (not absolutely sure...) I tried every way of entering the file path that was suggested and I tried I'll walk you through the steps and options, from simple to hard, including the only approach that's guaranteed to work. If you're closing explorer instead of iexplore then you're shutting down Windows Explorer. the memory could not be "read" primarily when I shut down IE.
