I newly installed the Windoes Vista Business Edition and installed my other programs, and I also updated the windows, but I got error that windows was not succesfully updated. That fixed it for me.

Was almost ready to chuck it all and restore from backup when I tried using another computer to go to my Windows Home Server and get some software. I can't be sure, but I believe that with the advent of this problem, Bill Gates has now wasted more of my life than did my ex-wife. That window seems like the only hope I could access the computer which pop up everytime I reboot. As this has happened to me twice in a row now I think the trick is to wait a couple of minutes after restoring the computer and rebooting it.
